Shanté Gordon-Armstrong is a Miami-born, Chicago-raised, NYC transplant who began her career in both music and modeling after graduating from Northwestern University. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering but after graduation, chose to simultaneously nurture her fledgling modeling and music business aspirations. Mrs. Gordon-Armstrong decided to further her careers by moving to New York during the last year of her Master's In Arts Management graduate degree program at Columbia College Chicago.

Shanté started her 'official' music career as an intern at Jive Records, before joining the ranks at Island Def Jam Music Group as a coordinator in the Promotion Department in 2005. Since moving to New York, she has worked on projects for artists like Anthony Hamilton, Ciara, JAY-Z, Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, The Roots, Bon Jovi, The Killers and many more.

As a model, Mrs. Gordon-Armstrong has amassed print credits from publications like EBONY and Glamour magazine. Her TV credits include "Good Morning America," and "The Tyra Banks Show," and her runway experience ranges from BET's "Rip The Runway" to in-stores for Macy's, Nordstrom and Lord & Taylor, where she's walked for celebrity stylists such as Lloyd Boston and Clinton Kelly.
